Ambitious Lovers were formed by Arto Lindsay and Peter Scherer in the early 80's and "Greed" was their 2nd (and my favourite!) record. Sometimes reminding early Talking Heads.The funk basslines and Brazilian tempos that underlay most of the songs on Greed almost make you want to get up and do a jig. (Taken from AMG)
