Reggie Workman - Cerebral Caverns (1995)

Double bassist Reggie Workman has played beside some of the most prominent jazz legends ever, such as Red Garland, John Coltrane, Max Roach, Mal Waldron, Sam Rivers, Andrew Hill and David Murray, among others.
"Cerebral Caverns" is probably Workman's best effort under his own name and he was accompanied by Sam Rivers, Geri Allen, Gerry Hemingway, Julian Priester and Al Foster.
Enjoy!

  4. Thanks Deaf Dumb Blind, I hadn't heard this one before, it needs further study, strange & quirky at first hearing but very interesting as eveything that comes of Mr Workman's hands.
