Some time ago I've posted Om's first album and now I thought that it was time to upload their second effort "Conference of the Birds". It isn't as heavy as "Variations on a Theme", probably due to a lesser use of the distorded bass.I don't know why, but the first chords on the album always bring me back to mind something of The Doors... (although, actually, it turns out to be The Doors meeting Black Sabbath!)
Conference of the Birds rocks terribly, terribly slowly and maniacally in a lazy, trance-inducing way; it will melt your inhibitions without the use of drugs or alcohol. (Taken from AMG)
