As promised, here's Opal's "Happy Nightmare Baby".The group was formed by Kendra Smith (ex-Dream Syndicate) and David Roback (ex-Rain Parade) and this was the only full length record they've released.
When Kendra Smith left the band, David Roback was joined by Hope Sandoval and they became Mazzy Star.

Hey - This is fantastic. I heard this was a rare album so I'm grateful to find it. I'm really curious to hear the different approaches between Kendra Smith and Hope Sandoval. And your blog looks real interesting, so I'll need to explore... Meanwhile, thanks for this.
